SBT Japan is a top automobile trading company streamlining a large range of automobiles all across the globe. With over 2000+ staff in their regional offices, they wanted a pit-stop digital platform to help them regulate and automate all employee performance-related tasks.
Our client wanted a data-driven mobile application facilitating employee attendance, scorecard, ticket generation, feedback, etc. On the lookout for a technologically savvy company that can meet and exceed expectations when it comes to complex ideas, SBT entrusted this project to Appixels.

Our target with the SBT HRMS mobile application was to increase operational efficiency and improve the collaboration and communication between the HR and employees. As a result of multiple requirement gathering and brainstorming sessions, we built an outstanding HRMS app offering comprehensive dashboards for employee performance evaluation, attendance tracking, and ticket management.
The app was built on react native utilizing PHP and Node JS for APIs and MySQL for the database. Our UI/UX designers provided a simple yet elegant design for the app with a color palette suiting a professional environment. SBT HRMS app is responsive on both android and iOS devices and offers optimal scalability, security, speed, and performance.

Managers and employees can give feedback and communicate their experiences with each other through 360 feedback.
Employees, managers, and HR can view the summary of monthly attendance. It will include total working days, off days, half days, late, and absences.
Managers can grade the employees on their performance monthly. In addition, employees can view the scorecard of the whole year through their profiles.
A personalized and open forum chat service for communication with any employee. Users can search for the person they want to communicate with and send messages. In the chat tab, they will have all their conversations saved.
Live Chat/ Help Desk
Employees can generate a query/ ticket on Live Chat, and the available agent will resolve their issue.
